Taxes are there, where budget is

The so-called ''eurobureaucrats'' want to dictate budgets in countries where euro is a national currency.

The head of the European Comission, Jose Manuel Barroso, proposed to provide the European supranational body of law to influence the adoption of the budget in eurozone countries.

It is proposed to set up a special council, which will involve independent experts in budgeting and taxation.

This integration of government finance management will provide an opportunity to issue bonds in  eurozone countries.

EU leaders are expected to debate this proposal at an early-December summit.
